Kent is also president of Kent Satterlee & Associates and executive director of Gulf Offshore Research Institute, LLC, both located in Mandeville, LA.

Ivan Puckett is a results driven Technical Design Engineer, Project Manager and Executive with more than 40 years of experience in the energy sector, both onshore and offshore. Ivan is Founder and Principal of PRIME UPSTREAM, an upstream and midstream advisory and consultancy firm located in Texas. Ivan serves as a Director for MMEERSET L3C and Technical Director for Gulf Offshore Research Institute, LLC.

Brian Quartano is an entrepreneur who has owned and operated numerous companies in various industries throughout his business career. His companies have included worldwide seafood sourcing, processing, and distribution. He is also the principal of TM Consulting Partners, LLC. focusing on helping other entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. He serves as the CFO of Blue Silo Aquaculture, LLC.
